Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program
The City of Ashland is participating in a Saunders County Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program grant application. The City of Ashland has received a similar grant in the recent past and was able to help approximately ten home owners do much needed repairs to their homes. These repairs have included a new roof, windows, siding and inside repairs.
At this point in the process we are collecting pre-applications from homeowners that may be interested in receiving funds to rehab an owner occupied home. This will show the state that we do have interest in Ashland. If we receive the grant, there is a more in depth application that will need to be filled out.
If interested in applying, please fill out the pre-application linked below and send to the Southeast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) at the address on the back of the application or drop off at City Hall.
