Get a Nebraska Driver's License

General Information

Any Nebraska resident who operates a motor vehicle on the roads, streets or highways of Nebraska must have a valid Nebraska Driver's License.  Any new resident with a valid license from another state must obtain a Nebraska license within 30 days.
